TCA annual picnic

STUDENTS OF TCA WENT TO PICNIC

March 22, 2017

The students of The Carter Academy (TCA) went on a picnic to the Patenga Sea-beach and while there, visited the Bangladesh Naval Academy (BNA) in Chittagong on the 22nd of March, 2017. A total of 131 students (class VI to XI) started off very early Wednesday morning on their journey to Chittagong from TCA campus by three buses and reached their destination at noon.

In school with other activities, picnic has its own specific importance to provide special pleasure and serenity in a tough scheduled student life. Students get practical experience after taking part in long or short trips called ” Picnic “. All those feelings which can never be explained or expressed in words, students gain with their fellows, companions and teachers from beginning when they hear about arranging it to the last moment and try to drive full happiness not only at the picnic spot, as well as during travelling and managing all things.

The students danced, sang, and entertained each other throughout the bus ride to Chittagong. They enjoyed the travel, food, sea-beach, photography, speedboat riding at Patenga Sea-beach, and of course, the sunset at BNA West Point. The students expressed their gratitude to TCA Governing Body Chairman Rear Admiral (Retd.) Abu Taher, ndu, psc (former CNS, BN) by demonstrating yet another ceaseless initiative for TCA by arranging a visit to one of the most prestigious Military Institutions of Bangladesh.

This successful trip was spearheaded by TCA Principal Professor Md. Ismail Topader. The team also got their encouragement from the Vice Principal Mohammad Nazrul Islam, Convener of Picnic Committee Ibrahim Ali Molla, senior faculty and admin members, and adjutant who were with the students from start to end. The trip was indeed rewarding and impacted on broadening their horizon about the natural beauties of Bangladesh.
